Hired Paul for a new roof installation, job was done fast, clean and professional at an amazing price compared to what others were asking! Definitely recommend! Extremely friendly and fast to communicate with you on anything you need to know.
spoke to Paul about my issues with Damp and he immediately was able to identify the issues. The issues was that essentially my chimney needed to be re-pointed and the lead re-done. We had an open discussion about re-pointing the gable end and a price about this. I knew these probably needed to be done as it came up on my survey when I bought the house and if the chimney was gone then that entire wall was needing doing. He worked on the wall in good time and kept me up to date as I was not on site as i was working away. He sent me photos so i could see how progress was going and within a few weeks the damp smell in the house had almost gone and the damp issue I had was solved. We agreed a price and he kept to it. I was really lucky to find him and if i have any other issues i will call on him

Removed floor boards and rotten joists in downstairs front room of house. Replaced with new joists with wood preservative and new floor boards with wood staining. Excellent job at very reasonable price.
